07:00 AM Morning Asana

Sunrise + Yoga = Awesome Day Ahead. Get ready to start your morning sweating. The morning sequence will be a little different everyday- sometimes we will workshop postures, other times we’ll take our investigations and activate them in dynamic and fluid sequences.

09:00 AM Zen Meditation

Listen with your whole body and mind to your breath, the breeze and the ocean. Remember that you are a piece of the whole! We will practice zazen (seated meditation) and kinhin (walking meditation) in the Zen tradition.

09:30 AM Breakfast

Enjoy a complete breakfast and build lifelong relationships with likeminded individuals over the most important meal of the day.

11:00 AM Free Time

This is a vacation, have some you time. Go and enjoy yourself, explore, relax, suntan, etc. There will be optional group activities such as surf lessons, whale watching, hikes, eco tours, art tours, shopping, eating, etc. Bring a journal, a good book, grab lunch from the kitchen, sit around the pool, and prepare to charge your batteries in one of Earth’s most beautiful places.

Enjoy exquisite local organic chef prepared meals with your yoga compatriots.

07:15 PM Yin Flow & Sunset Meditation

Yin Yoga explores postures in a passive receptive way.  This way of practicing puts gentle pressure on the connective tissue and the more subtle energetic system allowing for greater flexibility and energy flow. Taking in the sunset, the natural closing ceremony of the day, we end our day of practice chanting the great reminder that life and death are of supreme importance…
